March I: Infiltrative
Epithial lymphocytic infiltration > 40 / 100 surface enterocytes.

March II: Hyperplastic
Lymphocytosis + crypt hyperplasia
Increase mitotic activity
Reduce villous hight/ crypt depth ratio

March III: destructive
Villous atrophy
IIIa partial villous atrophy
IIIb subtotal villous atrophy
IIIc total villous atrophy

March IV: hypoplastic
Rare, may be irreversible
